The U-17 Storm opened the 2nd session
with an outstanding showing of solid ball skills and
outstanding team work. Team Storm's roster changed
dramatically this session... Returning from the
1st session we have 2007 Marblehead High Schools JV top
scorer Morgan B., Varsity outstanding defensive player
Steph C., Freshmen stand out Bronte P. and Katie H. and
our star U-14 goalie Cassie R. Joining the High
School girls for the 2nd session are a group of
outstanding girls from Marblehead's Indoor U-14 Headers
team who are doing double duty this session.. Molly Sue
M., Maggie H, Kendall B., Meggie C., Faye H.
In their first two games of the session
Team Storm would face Aztec Club team Red and Aztec Club
team White respectively.. In both contest team Storm
exhibited solid ball skills, outstanding
communication amongst each other and spectacular team
soccer. In both games Storm had more shots on goal
then their opponent and often controlled the pace of the
games.. to many near misses for team
Storm, resulted in the games ended in a 1-1 tie..
The High School and Middle School mix has proven to be a
force to be reckoned with.. Stay tuned..
